Oh my Buddha...
remember to check your Insurance and see if they cover for delayed/missed luggage...tried it once...was allowed aprox. 5000 thb a day to buy needed clothes....and trust me...i needed a lot
suitcase turned up 3 evenings later...saw it on the back of a pick-up truck from Thai-aitways...avoided the reception that night...that way i had another day of shopping
it showed they sent ME to Chiang-mai...and the suitcase to Dubai
A ladyboy is a kind of creature...that makes a txt saying...dont you trust me...and send it to 20 people...

That happened to me on my first trip too but the delay wasn't as long as yours. I was without my luggage for about 24 hours. Luckily, you can pick up a shirt and some shorts on the street fairly cheap to get you through until your bag shows up. I now carry a change of clothes with me in my carry-on bag just in case. Haven't had to use them but I'm prepared if I do need them.
Hopefully it's all good for you the rest of the way!

I have had a quite similar incident two times...
Always a funny and unpleasant thing to jumop on the taxi without your luggage... checking in without bags can be a little bit challenging in the hotel - "do you really want to stay FOR TWO weeks???" - "might it be possible to charge your credit card for the whole stay already now???"... waiting in the room for the bags... luckily, just when I had decided to buy some clothes my bags arrived...
Both times my first flight was delayed and while I had been able to jump on the connecting flight my bags stayed at the airport. Last time in November I was greeted by a girl at the baggage carousel stating that my bags will arrive with the next flight...

Well very glad you made it here in one piece (and now have your luggage).
Will be hoping to catch up soon while you're here and will carry a spare T-shirt just in case...
Until then, carry on!

Sad thing is that when I returned home to Norfolk, Va they left my luggage in New York. Unbelievable.

Sounds like you couldn't catch a break! I hope other than the luggage issues you had a good time.

I did Jay. I didn't play like I was going to because I met a freelancer at Strikers and we were 24/7 the rest of the week. I have no regrets though. Hell she might have saved me from disaster. lol
