OP: have you ever thought that the definition ladyboy (just as femboy, more or less) is something merely South East asian?

think at the different (language) definition in various countries for...(more or less) the same person/body...

just a few random examples

• Portuguese: boneca, viado
• Spanish: malecon
• Japan: new half
• Western (english speaking) world: transgender, transvestite, cross dresser

so all your elaborate thinking is badly spent energies.

A femboy is just a type of ladyboy. If they live like a woman then they're a ladyboy irrespective of whether they use hormones or even how passable they are.
