As others have already said 'V' is Viagra and compared to Kamagra Gel I wouldn't say one is better than the other, they are just different. I usually have both available depending on what my plans are. Much faster effects from Kamagra Gel and the tablets last longer, but take a little longer to come into effect.
In Cambodia where I currently am, I stock-up on Zeagra, which is one of the numerous Sildenafil tablets available. They cost $2 (65 Baht) for a box of 4 and work very well for me, no headaches or heartburn and last for several days producing the desired effect.
I used to use Apcalis, which always worked well for me too, but around 5 times the price in Thailand.
