Theres no clear answer to this... some girls are entirely "buttons" some mixed...and some only tops....so i guess they just choose that WHO gives them most pleasure...

From my experience I would say that a lot of the girls like to fuck... if still capable to do so.
And if you get paid for it, perfect.

But on the other side it's their job and they've to pay their regular expenses. Could become challenging especially in the low season...
