The word "cum" with the meaning you suggest is not listed in the Oxford English Dictionary. It is a slang usage which I (and many others) chose not to use, not that it is any concern of yours.
Actually I know the reason she had trouble that first time, and it had nothing to do with my appearance. Besides, it was a threesome (with another ladyboy) and she was masturbating for my entertainment, so my technique had nothing to do with it either.
