My amateur point and shot snaps of around six or seven images do not cost me anything more than the usual P4P fee apart from a small tip.
However, if it's a professional or perhaps semi professional shoot you are talking about with expensive equipment, I would expect some form of remuneration is required and other guys are more qualified to respond.
Porno web sites featuring Thai ladyboys tend to pay anything from 3-5000 for a full scale portfolio which is then posted on the Internet.
Also it's worth pointing out (even if this does not apply to you deep118)that some ladyboys are opposed to having their images appearing anywhere on the internet and you must seek her permission.

Always negotiate photos BEFORE you agree on the price. If you use a compact camera or your mobile phone, there should be no problem at all. If you use a semi-professional equipment and the LB does not know you from before, she may be reluctant to pose or may do faces, since she may suspect you taking photos for a porn site without paying her. It happened to me.

Alternative is to show some of your shots and work on a TFP (time for photo) basis, i.e. she gives you time, you give her print and web sizes. This works for me 99% of the time (but dont shoot full on nudes).
