I've got an open question that I'm hoping someone here can help me with: my girlfriend lives in the Philippines and is taking something called "Lady Pill" manufactured by Trust. She really isn't too satisfied with the results (i.e. they don't seem to be feminizing her as quickly as she wants). I've done some research and discovered that the active ingredients in these pills are ethinyl estradiol (30mcg) and levonorgestrel (150mcg). If I remember correctly, she said that she takes 4 of these pills daily. Can anyone recommend a product that could achieve better results? All help would be greatly appreciated.

this is one of our advocacy in STRAP transhealth we are recently studying about how we can answer many trans concern specially about hormone use

the problem in the philippines is we dont have an endocrinologist that specialize trans patient like in the western country though any endocrinologist can help probably but i never went to visit to one aside that it also cost among many trans girls who most of them have meager income to none existent so usually most of us just self medicate without knowing the certain dosage and risk of taking hormones probably researching in the net can help

i think one pill a day to 30 pill a day doesnt make any different towards your evolution as a transsexual but what matters most is how you maintain taking hormones

I have advised the original poster by private message. Your thinking about one pill or 30 not having any difference towards feminization is not correct. Overdose of estrogen can cause liver damage, disturb blood clotting balance so excessive clots form, and possible heart and vascular complications.

So many lbs/transwomen think that more is better because there is impatience for the feminization process. This is dangerous thinking and can lead to the complications I've mentioned above.

combine Androcur tabs and Estrofem or Progynova...she'll go vavavoom feminine in a coupla months

Androcur will be a little too expensive though but she can try take one for every three days...

Everyone here assisted me greatly with a previous inquiry regarding a past relationship, and I thank and appreciate all of the posters who helped by replying. Unfortunately, that relationship wasn't successful; however, I wanted to pose a question about my current relationship, in the hopes that some of the more knowledgeable posters here can offer some help or advice.

 

My current girlfriend is 22, lives in the Philippines, and has been taking hormones for the last 12-18 months. Daily, she takes 1 Diane-35, 3 Micropil (Norethisterone 400mcg and Ethinyl Estradiol 35mcg), and though she's been off of it for several weeks now, she often also takes 1 Marvelon daily. Asking about her goals, she said that she wants a hormone regimen that will mainly target growing/developing her breasts and developing feminine body curves. While I'm looking for anything that can help her achieve the results she wants (be it pills, patches, creams, injections, etc.- she doesn't mind), though I've done a bit of research on my own, I'm not sure what the safest, most effective, most cost-effective, and most readily available options are. I would really appreciate any help, advice, direction or information that anyone here would be willing to offer.

If you want info on hormone self dosing you go to subreddits like /r/TransDIY or even better use a "web doctor" for online advice https://www.mywebdoc...uk/transgender/though no idea what it costs, if you are UK resident maybe covered by NHS.

 

Also notice that there's only like 2-3 sources worldwide for DIY hormones yet in Asia you can just buy them off the shelf in any pharmacy at 1/3 the cost. Surprised no LBs there don't set up an online business selling MtF hormones.

My advice to you and her is to go to a docter and let him advice you all what will be the best , Dont go and experiment !!!
