Sexual Health amongst girls?

Seems to me that recent hiv stats show high( increased year over year) rate of infection in Thailand transgenders and male to male..partners..
Seeing that Hiv is front and center in news past week...just wondered if any of you had some opinions?
Cheers

A lot of LBs are educated and play safe although there are also many who don't, and sexual health education isn't as great as it is in most western courtries.
But I can't imagine any LBs refusing you safe sex so you can still play as safe as you like.

By "safer" I intend "use a condom when performing oral sex".
So the % of SAFE/AWARE LBs is quite low, but the same can be said for born-girls.
Everybody is responsible for his/her choices and actions... so do what works best for you, just try not to under-estimate the consequences

Very worrying for the mainstay expats - some of whom may have and dont know... and then beening barred from their 'Field of Dreams'.
I think its a backward step by the Thai government myself.
Even the UK government now permits HIV positive people enterance to the UK and France as they are deemed not to transmit if they know. Less of a risk than originally thought.
Only America still holds out its ridiculous exclusion laws.

With that said, we have had about 40 females or so who refused to test. I can only assume why they did not want to check.
Ladyboys I can only imagine would have a much higher rate of infection.

Generally oral sex is considered very low risk, but gay men in SF have had rather more HIV cases, possibly from vigorous oral sex like throating. There are so many factors that go into it, like the state of your mouth and gums, if the person is having heavy or minimal HIV load, your general debility or not ( run down) etc etc that literally it's almost impossible to compute easily. The risk could vary from .005% to 5% but it's never zero.
True, stomach acid kills HIV. Any acid kills HIV which is extremely acid intolerant. One/two drop of lemon or lime juice added to your lubricant is useful. The real problem is your gum/mouth/lips condition and her emitter status ( viral load) as saliava itself coats HIV with a "polymer"has that makes it so slippery it has a hard time "targeting" a host.
Personally I would not recommend taking LBs spunk in the mouth. Pre-cum has much less viral concentration - additionally you can use Betadine Mouthwash ( pharmacy bought), a surgical kill-everything, including viruses that also does not taste bad and Betadine will not sting the sensitive uncircumcised cocks LBs have.
I would take a sip of Betadine before oral, not take cum in the mouth, and take another sip-rinse of Betnadine afterwards. Listerine may not kill viruses (it also stings uncircumcised menbranes) and Betadine is used in operating rooms, so I know who I trust. It also comes as an ointment.
A further word of warning. It is proved beyond any doubt, and endorsed just in Feb by the WHO, that the uncircumcised have up to 60% or more chance of catching HIV from a sexual encounter. This is not an old wives tale, it is science you can Google that only kooks are denying.
Most LBs are uncircumcised. If they have indulged in condomless anal or vaginal sex, they will likely be carriers at a far higher rate that if they were circumcised. LBs who specialise as bottoms will again be even more likely yet to carry HIV. Because if condomless anal/vaginal sex by a top with a foreskin is risky for the active partner, anal unprotected sex ( or torn condoms..and who knows anyones history of 2000 fucks?) by a passive partner, ok any kind, is utterly deadly with around a 10% + chance of HIV per act. Thats right, per act!
Everyone has to take their own chances. An uncircumcised john having unprotected anal sex with a bottom specialist LB, after which he drinks her cum or lets her shoot off in his mouth, is literally, if you read this post carefully, committing suicide.
On the other hand, a john with good oral and general health who takes a swish of Betadine mouthwash and then sucks his Thai LB without ejaculation, and maybe has another Betadine swish afterwards, has probably more chance of being run over by a car at Nana Plaza than catching HIV.
Do not brush teeth before or after oral sex until you have rinsed. If you cant get Betadine, Hydrogen Peroxide will do well as the HIV virus detests oxygen, which kills it.
Aditionally you should, if you shave the pubic area, use Betadine ointment/ Listerine type swabbing, before and after penetrative sex ( not on your shaft, it will eat the latex!) around your balls and pubic area. Razor rash and nicks will provide perfect entry for HIV contained in vaginal/anal secretions that can drip or drift down there.
I strongly suggest not to use the polyuretane type condoms and stay away from USA's Trojan brand Ultra Thins. The poly type condoms are rare, and supersensitive. I have found they seriously tear and leak. Let's not just think about ourselves, but the LB. Anal sex with POLY type condom will feel great but could easily tear and if you are a carrier, you might just infect one of these lovely gals. Durex latex condoms, especially Durex Extra Strong, are superb. I have never had a broken Durex at any time ever.
Please sticky this post if you like. I am not being gloomy, let's just be sensible. Face it, many LB fans are multiple partner and sex is one thing that makes people lie, so don't count on their sex history being safe, count on defensive fucking and look out for No 1!

While I do not know that site's testing policy or procedures, I think it may demonstrate that among many LBs, their safety concerns can be overcome just by digging a little deeper in your pocket. However foolish to both parties that habit may be.
PLAY SAFE!!!
