I am relatively new to the ladyboy scene. Please allow me to ask a few questions about ladyboys.

I assume most ladyboys must have been taking hormone treatments -- any permutation of female hormones and anti-androgens (medication that stops production and blocks effects of male hormones).

I have had to pleasure of the company of 2 young ladyboys, both having taken the birth control pill Diane, which contains both female hormones and anti-androgens. Both have much reduced male organs. One ladyboy's testicles are so shrunken that the sac felt almost empty. But both easily achieve powerful erections and orgasms. Now, these hormones are supposed to shut down the male sex drive and functioning. But then, how did these ladyboys do it?

Just a bit miffed!

The pills is not that strong,it taken mostly to soften the skin, the real powerfull hormones coming in injection form, Poluton/Progynon about 150 baht for German vial, much cheaper for Indian version. 1-2 days after the injection the ladyboys stop beeing sexualy active and it working for about a week.

Interesting. Does the Poluton/Progynon injectables cause their breast growth? And do they stop the injections when they have to work?

Just really curious how they managed to develop breast growth, feminization, while still being able to work.

As you know,or not know and will know now,the hormones trearment is parted into 2,1 is an antiandrogen(to anti or block a male hormone, this will cause the less sex drive, and all male characters ig. less body hair, etc.) 2 is an estrogen(a female hormone, this one causes to increase a female hormone,to create a female characters ig,the body gains fat in some area like hip, butt, breats,to get a curvy body, etc)
The stronger the antiandogen it is,the less sex drive the person has,and for sure, the harder to get erection.Diane-35(abirth control pill)or all other comon bitrh control pills have a very small dose,so it won't effect much of a sex drive and the erection. For many ladyboys that I've known(ofcourse they don't work in a bar)they would like to take the antiandrogen called"Androcur"which is the strongest antiandrogen so far,1 pill is around 60 baht, very popular for ladyboys who is going to have srs(sex change operation)and whoever that takes this one will definitely become less and less need of sex. Some guys would take this pill to solve the hair loss problem.
The injection hormones Proluton(Hydroxyprogestagen)and Progynon(Estradlol,a form of Estrogen)from Scherings, are the most popular form of hormones treatment,a combination of 2 form of female hormones,Progestogen and Estrogen.Mostly a ladyboy would take them every 2 weeks.
If I have to guess, the ladyboys who work in a bar may not take a strong antiandrogen like Androcur,as the customers would still wanna see them get hard.So if a ladyboy takes only estrogen and small dose of antiandrogen,it won't affect much of a sex drive.
Here is the link of you happens to be willing to know about the hormones treatment http://www.transgend...ssch_gooren.htm
For me,before I was on a hormones treatment,I was super horny lol gotta wank like 3-4 times a day,now thankd for the hormones treatment,I'm just a regular horny

Dear Ladyboy4guys (Dr. Dick  )

I’m glad to see that there are more people interested in endocrinology beside me.

Just want to add a comment about the Antiandrogens you mentioned:

Many LB are facing the choice between a mild Antiandrogen Drug like DIANE-35 (and its generics: LADY-35, PREME, TINA,…) or a strong Antiandrogen like ANDROCUR that will inevitably lower their sex-drive.
The real dilemma however, is not choosing the right Drug, but choosing the right amount!
In fact all above mentioned drugs contain the same (and only) Antiandrogen named “Cyproterone Acetate”, but the big difference between them is the contained amount of active ingredient:

Diane-35: 2 mg Cyproterone Acetate

Androcur: 50 mg Cyproterone Acetate

That’s why the 2 drugs have such a different action on sex-drive… Androcur is 25 times higher dosed than Diane-35!

So instead a full tablet, a LB should take only ¼ tablet of Androcur a day and see how the ratio between benefits/side effects goes. Eventually the dosage may then be increased, although in my opinion 12.5 mg ( ¼ tablet Androcur) will sufficiently suppress the body’s Androgens.

Even better would be to inject Cyproterone as a “Depot Base” (long acting form of Cyproterone), this would allow more constant blood levels and make it more easy to monitor the drug’s effects. Unfortunately there is no injectable form of Cyproterone in Thailand.

Note: ¼ tablet instead of 1 will also cut down the cost of the Antiandrogenic Therapy, making it an interesting and affordable choice for more LB.

Suggestion: using a “tablet cutter” will make it easy to divide the ANDROCUR tablets into quarters, and also assure a more accurate dosing.

Hi Candyman,

Your expertise in this area is breathtaking !

Have you been attending Ladyboy Lectures, at The Katoey University ?

Jokes aside, that was a very well outlined explanation.

I think I need to expand my knowledge in this area.

Well Done
Koykaeng
