Has anyone ever stayed here ? The price is right for December. Just need to check guest/lb friendly situation before I confirm booking.
They both look OK and are at around 1000 baht.

royal asia paradise, soi 8 sukhumvit
is lb friendly, but it's not a clean hotel
old things, not renewed
and far far away from sukhumvit
allthough there is a tuktuk drive, that you can ring, but take long time, sometimes
i would not recommand this
