They do have to turn the live feed off occasionally whenever they are expecting a visit from the BiB.

But most of the time you can switch your TV over to the club where you get 3 or 4 angles of the girls on stage.

And the cameras are aimed above the seating area so there is no danger of visitors being filmed.

Unless you get completely pissed & decide to join the girls on stage. It happens far more often than you might expect.

I particularly love the farang chicks who start taking their clothes off...

Thank you very much for the information. As I currently going through a pattaya virtual trip.. I am completely torn now between Penthouse (for it's themes and attached go go clubs) and Jasmine (for it's awesome location!!).

i just stayed their Jan27/ to Feb11

i was booked in the patong 2 but got a upgrade when i got their.
room was nice and clean food was good the girls down stairs
are out of this world.

one night a pipe broke in my room and i was in the middle of a 4 way with 3 ladyboys no problem they moved us all to a even bigger room.
if you have never stayed before it is a lot of fun to stay their...

Thank you very much for the information. As I currently going through a pattaya virtual trip.. I am completely torn now between Penthouse (for it's themes and attached go go clubs) and Jasmine (for it's awesome location!!).

The Penthouse is in another league to the Jasmine IMHO. Just some of the things I appreciate about the Penthouse are the double glazed windows to keep the noise down, the black out curtains so you can sleep anytime, the 24 hour room service plus there is around the clock room cleaning should you require clean sheets & fresh towels at 4am, the 70+ TV channels including 3 porn channels (straight, gay & ladyboy), the permanent water supply (hotels can get water cut off for hours at a time in Pattaya), the large flat screen TV sets, the free tea & coffee in the rooms, the mirrored ceilings, the dance poles & mini stage in the rooms, a large inroom safe & other items I can't think of at the moment.

I doubt the Jasmine has any of those features but it is cheaper.

As for the "better location", I wouldn't wish to stay in Soi BJ now that EZY Bar has closed. What's the point? And during the day, the Penthouse is far better located being a 30 second walk to the beach & closer to places to eat. It is also more convenient when catching a baht bus to Soi Diana or Soi 6.

All this you will discover for yourself when you get there. Good luck with wherever you choose. And you can always check out & move so you aren't committed.

this is the exact information I was looking for. I e-mailed the hotel and asked these questions and they only replied 'Yes! we still have patpong 2". Thank you for the information buddy. You're a rockstar!

That's a very good point! This is my first to Pattaya, what the hell!! I should go for the crazy themed hotel!

Try it be all means. Pattaya is the hedonist capital of the world & the Penthouse is one place that doesn't pretend the scene doesn't exist.

It supports anyone wanting to do whatever they wish. Should you barfine the staff of Obsessions (I am assured it happens) & need 20 or 30 towels sent to the room, rather than kick up a fuss & ask them to leave, towels, drinks, snacks, whatever you need will be sent to your room.

And ask for a VIP card at the reception & say hi to the girls for me. Mention Paccie sent you when you get it signed by the manager. Then kick him in the nuts, no reason, I just want to hear about it next time I am in town...

But if a newbie doesn't like Pattaya Obsessions fear not and try the other LB bars. It is perhaps my least favorite LB venue and I am far from being alone on that opinion. But you might love it also, obviously some do.

That used to be my opinion too. But since the turn of the year it's gone from being one of the worst to one of the best.

They have probably the best selection of LBs in Pattaya IMHO, and they have put the drink prices down, with some cheap draft offers for those on a tight budget. The lady drinks are still fairly pricey and some girls are a little pushy, but nothing compared to how it used to be.

I agree wholeheartedly with Kliome and regarding pricing 99 bht a bottle of beer is very competitive and the bar fine is now only 400 bht.

I hear so many people commenting how dear the ladydrinks are there. Well for one they are 5 bht cheaper than Koyo7 and I was charged 180 bht for a topshelf ladydrink at Pook Swan.

OK I stand corrected. All my previous experiences were so bad I didn't even bother to go in during my month in Pattaya. Figures, they finally fixed the place and I didn't bother to go.
