Yes, I have spent a lot of time in Colombia over the years. I also spent a couple of weeks in Uruguay checking it out as a possible place to relocate. Although the Uruguayan women are not as attractive as the Colombianas for a plan cul, Uruguay is a cool laid back place. The problem is that it is very far from North America so you would seldom have visitors.
As for Colombia, I have spent the most time in Medellin which is a great city with the most beautiful women. I have also spent a lot of time on the coast.
