Highly probable she is asking for higher rates than the Thai lbs, as she must have higher expenses to cover.

5000 for 2-3 hours not bad for her. but she invites in her own place which is high class. that is what worries me

Just speculation but perhaps not too surprising to find a Russian transsexual in Thailand. Thailand is quite a tolerant country towards trans and gay people, Russia not so much....
Again, just speculation....
