I have read in a post an information stating that the forum had had new owners since it had been created. I respect every one's privacy, but I would be interested to know who are the new owners : what are their avatars and what are their profiles (monger, expat, porn site owner or performer, bar owner etc ...) ?

If you have a look at the avatars of the posters, it will give you a title of what type of forum member they are. There are 3 moderators, myself, dixon cox, batman4ever, and 1 administrator, Moo Young.

I am not the owner, and I don't think any of the other forum staff are either. I will let the others post for themselves any details they wish to share.

I am an ex-pat Canadian working in the Arabian Gulf, and have a fair amount of holiday time I use to visit Thailand. I am a pharmacist (hence my forum user name rxpharm). This forum was much more active in its heyday, when it was owned by the lb-69 website and also was promoting the website. Most other lb forums are not very active except the Pattaya Ladyboys Forum but even it is not as busy as it used to be.

Thanks alot for your answer Rxpharm. I didn't expect so much details (I want to respect people's personal datas above all). I'm just looking for the main characteristics of your profiles. Rxpharm, you are not an expat in Thailand (but in a country not so far). You are a monger.

This used to be the best forum, but that was a long time ago now, in fact this evening is the first time I've logged in here in several years, it's quite sad to see how quiet it is.

It's not a big deal for me. As we say here quality is better than quantity. Yet, I'd like to have an idea of the profile of owners and mods before I take time to post original experiences. I know Dixon Cox is amonger but I'd like to know more about the admin, Moo Yung and Batman. I don't feel like doing  the same mistakes again.

I personally know DC, Batman and Moo Yung. All of them are nice guys with lot of experience in this scene.

However seems that for some reason Batman hasn't log in for long time, maybe he is busy with his business. Or then just bored?

Dix is active here so he doesn't need much introduce.

Moo is really nice but little bit shy guy, i don't believe that he wants to be in limelights and therefore i don't believe that he is going to reply or introduce himself here. Many ladyboys know him as a customer/friend but only a few BM's know his true identity.

Let's keep it that way.

Owner is different person and i have never met him. If i got it right he is not really in LB-scene and this forum is only one of his many websites. I doubt that he have profile here.

I wish I had an answer from a member of the team unless Teppis is one of them with another profile.

I'm not, but have you noticed how "active" they are? Unfortunately we are left pretty much alone here, i'm not even sure if we have anyone than RXPHARM from moderation team to be somehow active.

This once so mighty forum has surely fallen from grace, and i don't know how to make it lively again. Couple days ago i posted lot of pics from La Bamba and Sensations and got zero interested of it. Made me think also that what i'm doing here, do i speak myself only.

Unfortunately even graveyard seems to have more action than this forum, but what one man can do...

Unfortunately Teppis is correct, but it's not only LBF that is slow, Ladyboy Review and The Ladyboy Forums are also quiet. Even Pattaya Ladyboys Forum which used to be extremely busy has slowed down (not as much as these 3 though).

Many people new to the lb scene don't seem to be willing to post and share as much as in the old days (around 10 years ago). There are also a lot of "who is she and how can I contact her" posts that usually are not followed up after information is given. This discourages activity. Also the "old" timers may have changed interests, so posting on the forums is no longer a priority.

I have to thank all those members who have posted positive contributions to any of the lb forums recently. If this lack of activity continues, I can see the end of these, just as Stickman's site shut down.

Problem is also that most active member are also in ladyboyspattaya and they look all post/pics there, so there is no need to watch them again in this forum. Even bar owners don't bother to post here anymore because lack of replies.

What this forum needs is few guys who lives there to post pics, videos and information for this forum ONLY to make it interesting and unique again. Otherwise this forum just dies slowly but surely...  :(

While there are some benefits to having different forums, it's clear that there is insufficient interest to sustain more than a couple.

There may actually only be enough critical mass for a single forum.

I don't believe that because this is free for members. If everyone must pay something, then money goes naturally for web-page which gives best value, but because this is free, there is no competition in that case.

This forum needs few content provider for information which can't be found elsewhere. At moment Ladyboyspattaya is biggest forum and you can't find anything from here which can't be found there, so it's not wonder why nobody bother to post here anymore. Everyone goes there at first and after they come here, it's already old news... or not news at all.
