I noticed when I see an agency ad on Backpage for a LB listed at a lower price then when i click the agency webpage the price is higher on their site. What is the true price? Do I need to call them to verify?
Also, are the pictures accurate and are most agencies reliable?
If so, which are the the best or which should be avoided?

I used VIP once and didn't have any issues. The girl was Kim and very pretty IMO. Her pictures were accurate. This was before I noticed the discounts on BP or Smooci, so I'm not sure how to get the BP price, but I'd ask when you call or use their chat function. Obviously, that's a very small sample size though.
Most of the guys will tell you to pick them up from bar or Thai Friendly as it can be cheaper, but there are tradeoffs with everything.
