Everyone is looking for the magical "fountain of youth" drug, a shortcut to revitalize, energize and sexualize. Unfortunately there is no shortcut to that yet, despite what a lot of "experts" promote. So far the use of human growth hormone, testosterone, etc, all have drawbacks, which can be serious if not monitored/used correctly.

What Spyder Rocket and Surin Nix have shared is the best way to do it. It requires time and effort for the best results. No shortcuts.

With regard to creatine, Spyder Rocket has covered things well. There are side effects, that become worse if a person overdoses on creatine:

  • stomach pain
  • nausea
  • muscle cramping
  • diarrhea

Also if you have renal/cardiac problems, it could cause these conditions to become worse. It's a good idea to get checked before starting and and cleared with your MD. If your MD recommends continued monitoring, with an explanation why, you should follow the directions.

With regard to vitamins - it has to do more with your body requirements. If you are deficient, your body will not simply pass the vitamins out of your system, but will absorb them. The key is whether or not you are on a healthy diet or not - with fresh fruits/vegetables, etc. If you are, you are probably getting your recommended daily allowance of vitamins, but if you are not, then supplementation may be necessary.

If your body has sufficient vitamins from the diet, then yes, the excess pass through your body with the caveat they are water soluble. The fat soluble vitamins can build up and you can get toxic effects if you overdose on vitamins A, D, E, and K.

That was a pretty good exchange of information.

Ok, so let me toss another couple of topics out for discussion; barefoot running and the Paleolithic diet craze. A buddy of mine got into this a couple of years ago and made some impressive fitness gains, but I suspect it had much more to do with the number of miles he was running per week, than the diet or running barefoot.

My opinion on the Paleolithic diet: While it makes sense to severely restrict, or eliminate processed foods from your diet, this is yet another marketing ploy, that blends sound practices, with absurd practices. Here is a article that mirrors my views on eating like a caveman. http://healthland.ti...like-a-caveman/

Barefoot running: I tried it for a bit, and while I did enjoy the novelty of it, and running of the balls of my feet, it seemed impractical to me. I live in a city, and it isn't very smart to hit the streets in bare feet or those foot gloves.

The barefoot runner is more likely going to be on the balls of their feet on the majority of running surfaces.

Here is an article that discuses running on the balls of your feet as opposed to striking mid foot, both have their advantages based on the situation.

Any fitness or diet philosophy that channels your thinking and options into a narrow set of parameters, is often misguided.

Unfortunately that subject is not generating as much interest Spyder Rocket, but I would agree with your last statement. Anyway, those that support the Paleo diet forget the entire environment back then is much different than today. Also the average lifespan of a caveman was much less.

Yep. The Paleo diet comes from a time when the pussy would eat you. Literally.

Having a ladyboy girlfriend these days has radically changed things for me and my libido feels revitalised naturally because of it. The relationship suits my libido-clock too which tends to chime in late afternoons or during the early hours, not ideal mongering times, but she's with me so urges can be acted upon immediately, if needs must.

I'll still sneak the odd Testo-Gel application in from time to time with the occasional Zeagra or Kamagra gel to increase the chances of a satisfactory performance. Life's not so bad

Just to continue on from those closing notes on my post from over 3 months ago...

I more or less haven't taken any sildenafil based product or applied TestoGel since that time, but have still continued daily with the zinc supplement. I gave myself a break from zinc during my return to the UK for two weeks in August but I acquired several more bottles of which I brought back with me. I continue to take one per day but only a 1mg tablet now, as opposed to the 1.49mg before.

As suggested previously, being in a happy relationship itself creates comfort where no issues are present for us when my duties are called upon. The feeling of total relaxation with a partner makes an enormous difference, for me this an important factor. As opposed to getting my crotch groped by a hooker in a bar and hearing her shout "He sa-leep!"

At my age, and for some years already, it's more important for me to physically respond to someone who matters to me and I want to be with. The days of walking around trying to hide a boner are long gone and I don't mind that at all.

In one sense I have an advantage because I live with my ladyboy girlfriend, so there's no rush to 'get it on'. If I were here on a two-week holiday that I'd saved up for and very much looking forward to it then yes, of course, I would want things to work on demand where time (and money) may be of the essence.

As a military person for some 37 years I find myself physically stressed more than I should . When in my thirties I tried to keep my masculine edge with all sorts because I was still on the "factory floor" . You get away with it because your body can take "abuse" more. Now in my 50'S Bouts of " intense" exercise seem to temporarily increase Testosterone and all the Masculine benefits. Any extreme stuff, Steroids Amphetomines etc since my thirties give more problems than benefits as your entire hormone system cannot change gear like it used to and things get extreme. Anyway my way to boost "Testosterone" very cheaply and totally naturally, apart from the the usual zinc and vitamins and ginseng etc is powdered Fenugreek. It is the main ingredient of these health shop mans medicines retailing for $99 a bottle . Except fenugreek is dirt cheap. Grind it up and put in some 250mG softgels. My secret. Works for me and The worst that will be, if you really kick the arse out of it is a day of stomach upset. Some people end upwith funny smelling urine and sweat too. But not me...I believe!?
