Hey
Can anyone please help out as I'm not able to send private messages sometimes. It says the message has been sent and all but actually lands up in outbox

I've run into this before too and caused a few WTF? moments. It will stay in the Outbox until the recipient opens it.

JB is right. A sent messages remains in the Outbox until the recipient has viewed it.
Once viewed it then moves to your 'Sentbox', so perhaps consider it a way of knowing if the message has been read yet or not.
