When you watch TV here the ads go on and on. Kept seeing this ad for the China Garden Restaurant on Soi Lemke. Looked promising. Turns out it was more than promising! For less than 600 baht, my friend and I enjoyed an appetizer, and two entrees with cokes. She had sweet and sour something and couldn't finish her meal and took away half. I had the Set 1 meal (first on the menu) - spare ribs that were awesome and a side of rice (which I let her take back as well). I don't do 600 baht meals every day, but this will be at least a once a week visit. And I have no connection with the restaurant - just a satisfied customer.
Old, cantankerous, and sorry if I piss you off - well, not really. Just enjoy!

They also have some reasonably priced rooms which seem to get decent reviews. I believe it's Soi Lengkee.

The owner of the China Garden also has another two restaurants in Soi Lengkee, The Jolly Friar and the Lone Star, these also have great reviews, may be worth a look.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.
