Okinawa

Does anyone here have any insight on Okinawa? I’m moving there for the next three years.

I plan to travel all over SE Asia and have a lot of fun.

So Okinawa doesn’t seem to have much of a scene. I’ve seen a few LBs advertising and plan to write a full report when I get there.

I guess I’m just wondering if anyone has any insight to social spots, bars, clubs where LBs hang out.

The closest thing I have found is club AnAn which has the most vague reviews and I can’t find much on it.

Help me brothers and sisters. You’re my only hope. Well not really, but I’m glad I found this forum.

In Japan, ladyboys work in brothels called shops in large cities : Tokyo, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Sendai, Yokohama, but nothing in Okinawa. You've made a good job if you already found contacts and bars adresses in Okinawa.

Incredible. It's such a brilliant thread. Actually, I had looked for information to post it in my country last year and had found only "shops" addresses (10 in Tokyo and 5 in other cities). I had also found a post about parties in Tokyo (That was not a forum).  I had read that "normal" men go to places where they are made up and transformed into cross dressers then go to parties. I had underestimated the phenomenon but had found only a couple of posts.

 

@Barryallen68 : The thread describes the Newhalf society, mainly in Tokyo. You've got to read it. I haven't read everything but found a few posts dealing with Okinawa starting page 18 from this post. This reminds me that I must go back to my own studies.
