To refresh your memory....it was me who had to go to the loo and when I asked BigTel where it was.....he smiled and said ....she'll show you..........
So I was escorted up the long and treachorous narrow darkened pathways and when there....didn't have to do a thing apart from pee..........erm...thankyou Rosie....
Thats our Tel for you

I walked by last night and Limmatquoi seems to be closed. The entrance was blocked off. I'm sure many will shed a tear at the loss of this fine venue!
Not me ... finally I will walk to my beloved hotel without being harassed by.. khm.. not so beautiful LB ... everytime I walk by this place.

I can vaguely recall someone telling me that Limmatquai was about to close. Can't honestly recall who it was, but it must have been whilst I was in town last month.
Sad news if it is infact a permanent closure, particularly given the bars long & illustrious history.
Cheers

I don't think so.Is this place still open?TIA
I'd heard whispers for a while that it's closure was imminent and the plot was to be demolished to make way for a new building.
I walked past early evening the other day and it was closed, also the picture board containing photos of girls had been removed from the wall :|

Some losses in life leave a permanent void, but I guess it will scar over in timeHow many days of mourning have you allowed yourself DC ????
Possibly gone... but never forgotten.
I'll see if I can get confirmation from some of the girls that work(ed) there.

TOPLESS!
Almost quaint in its innocence. Know how old it is? I'm guessing it's from the 60's.

I have noticed several of the Limmatquai crew have moved to Obsessions 9Kitten Club). It seems a stark contrast to their last home, but it's not hard to spot the ex LQ girls on the poles.
