No No No Nick, the question was NOSTRA - ANUS, well the word "nostra" means "our" (according to google translate) and "anus" means "the opening at the end of the alimentary canal through which solid waste matter leaves the body" (according to google) so the meaning seems to be "OURASS!"

I suspect that negotiations are in progress to sell the site, with vacant possession, for redevelopment.

Actually there is some activity on the site now - piles being driven.
A customer with a local LB girlfriend had been told it would be ready in 2 months. I nearly fell off my stool laughing, there's no way it'll be ready in 2 months, but could be finished for next High Season, i suppose.
