can some one help with the steps on how to post pictures and URL on this forum.

It is quite easy. When you are doing a post you see tool bars just above the text book you are using as per screen shot 1

You click in the icon that looks like a small photo, just to the left of the <> symbol.

 

Once you click on that icon you get the box to past the url for the photo you want to link to as per screen shot 2

To add a url you click on the link icon (just to the right of the numbered column in the tool bar).
