Wondering how risky is it getting caught with photos the authorities don't like when in Los ? Is it worth the risk ? Have attached a recent news story that relates to this .

The risk is involved if the photos are posted to social networks, or to a lesser extent forums. If you keep the photos for private use, you shouldn't have any problems, unless you have some photos of anyone who looks underage and customs happens to check your photos on your return home. There have been cases in the US and Canada where guys have been caught out with such photos.
