I think this is a matter of statistics. Statistically speaking your odds of finding a club that allows LBs entry AND where LBs have actually entered is low and even if they did the pickings would be slim to none. Whereas your statistical likelihood of meeting a LB at NEP is statistically high. Additionally, picking up/meeting a LB outside of NEP/bar does NOT preclude the likeliness that she will still ask for payment. All in all, even if you did find the right club and then a choice LB were to actually be there you'd still not pull her for free.
