I'm looking for an affordable (max $60/night) hotel/resort with direct access to the beach on Leyte island. It seems a lot of hotels on east coast have been destroyed by last year's typhoon

I'm not looking for an hotel completely isolated and far from civilization, i'm searching a place with things to do around (visits, hiking...)
