Not really, I've been told no more times than I can remember. In general I think upping the offer works more with girls, IMHO. I find ladyboys slightly more unflexable once they have said no to something whereas girls readily compromise.  At Check-inn bar once had several in a row turn me down, one lb (who was up for it) went down to try and find another into it while I finished up with a third, but she had no luck. Oh, don't get the wrong ideal, it's always fun to ask and you can't offend a ladyboy by asking for different combinations. I almost always get around to suggesting it to a lb I'm chatting with. Plus, you never know, you might find one who's into it, and will call her friend, I certainly have found that, it's just not common, that's all.

 

Also, it depends on what you mean by a threesome, you'll see guys with two lb, gg, or lb/gg(rarer), as there is no problem at all getting 2 or more lb, etc, to come to your room.
