It hasn't been reported as a hotbed of lb activity, so I think you would have a very difficult time finding one, unless you can speak Mandarin and read Chinese. There are local Chinese lbs active on social media. It is known as the "sex capital of China", but as I wrote, you need to be fluent in Chinese to find them.

I have lived in dongguan for 2.5 years and never found any new for them here. a handful of them are in guangzhou and some in shenzhen. but most seem to stay in hong kong or macau. if you find anything different let me know.
