Hi All :),

Helping an LB friend get short term tenants for her house in City centre Chiang Mai (near Chang Puek gate ) :). Any ideas would be most welcome. Currently listed on airbnb but not getting enough bookings.

Cheers in advance,

JF

P.S. If any BMs are coming this way, please feel free to let us know, the place is larger and more comfortable and cheaper than a Hotel room!

I did THIS

and got this:

http://www.thailandads.com/

http://www.bahtsold.com/

https://www.bobo.co.th/

.. amongst many others. The above all have an Accommodation or Real Estate section.

Good luck in finding a tenant  :)

Cheers DC :) ROTFL :) I really like the "let me google it for you" portal :)

I will try the 3 options as well.

Cheers again :),

Are u still in Patts? no permission to go there :( but if u decide to come to Chiang Mai, beer is on me! also if you need a place to stay she can give the house free (0 thb) for a few days :)

Thanks JF.

Yes, I'm in Pattaya for the foreseeable future. Apart from a few weeks a year visiting family and friends in the UK I live here in Pattaya now. In fact I just returned a week ago from my annual trip to the west.

Many thanks for the kind offer. I haven't been to Chiang Mai for 15 years but you never know

You are most welcome DC :), would be really nice to meet a BM, actually I am yet to meet one :(

I was in Patts for about 8 months in 2012, before my gf came from the UK and forcefully moved me to BKK :), but guess what, due to the floods in BKK, had to move back to Patts, but that was only for 1 month, then back to BKK :)

What's the secret to living in Patts, I got tired after 8 months, the action was too much for me (lived in jomtien dongtan beach) VT 5C :)
